Technological innovations in electric vehicles (EVs) and electronic equipment have made it urgent for manufacturing sites to respond to rapid changes in demand and flexible manufacturing of equipment. Especially for large-scale production lines, modular structural design software, hardware, and networks are used to efficiently change production lines or add processes.

However, due to the security communication configuration being in the same network segment, the network power supply for all processes must be turned off, which will affect a large number of devices and extend delivery time.

On the basis of the modular structure of software and hardware in previous products, the NX5 has achieved modularization of secure network configuration. When the process is changed to a local one, there is no need to stop the entire production line, just adjust/inspect the changed process.

In addition, large production lines with up to 8 independent network systems and 254 secure connections can also be flexibly constructed. Significantly reduce the delivery time during production line changes.
