CPU存储器确认
系统上电的下一阶段是CPU存储器确认。首先,系统确认电池电量正常并且以电池为后备电源的RAM区域仍然正常。校验电池做后备电源的存储应用程序的RAM,以确定数据是否已保存。接着,如果有梯形图程序,要检查MAIN 块。如果没有梯形图,检查最小的独立C程序。
如果系统确认应用程序RAM已保存,则会检查某一个位缓存区域,以确认该区域数据是否已保存。如着测试通过,位缓存保持上电值(停止模式转为上电模式时,非保持型输出清0)。如果检测不正确,或者RAM没有保存数据,则认为位缓存出错并将其清空。CPU这时被清空,和一个新的CPU模块刚安装上-样。所有的逻辑和配置文件必须重新从编程器下装到CPU。
系统配置
完成自检以后,CPU进行系统配置。CPU首先将位缓存内所有的系统自检测位清0。这使以前断电时的故障不会做为故障信息重新出现。然后,CPU依次检测系统内的每个模块是否已完成自检。
CPU读取每个模块的信息,与存储的(下装的)机架/槽位配置信息进行比较。实际配置和存储的配置信息的任何不同都会记录到故障表中。
