如其过程不是特别快,通常不必要求使用0采样周期来处理每次PID扫描的PID运算。如果很多PID回路都使用大于扫描时间的采样周期的话,则若许多回路可在同时结束处理运算时,可以设置较宽的PLC扫描时间变化范围。最简单的解决办法是通过一一个设置为0的位数组进行排列一个或多个位,使电流传至各单个PID模块。
确定过程特征
PID回路增益、kp.ki和kd可由所控制的过程特征确定。其中两个关键问题为:
1当我们通过固定敏改变CV时,PV改变有多大?开跻增益是什么?
2系统响应有多快,或者说CV输人跃迁(Stepped)后PV改变有多快?
许多过程可由过程增益.初级或次级顺序延迟及一个纯时间延迟而模拟。在频率范围内,含
一纯时间延迟的初级顺序延迟系统的转换功能如下:
