I/O完善我们所有的处理器平台并作为FlexLogix控制器的本地I/O,建立紧密集成控制及I/O解决方案。

它是分布式应用的灵活、模块化I/O。FLEX I/O提供较大体积、基于背板I/O的所有功能,而没有空间要求。可单独选择I/O、端子类型以及网络来满足用户应用要求。

两个独立的现场电源连接端子允许用户将电力以菊花链方式连接到邻近的端子基座上。

一个适配器最多可以同8个I/O模块通讯。允许将适配器连接到:

256点数字量输入/输出模块,

96路模拟量输入/输出模块,

混合模块,满足用户需求。

模块化的FLEX I/O系统提供网络选择,而且易于扩展。

与现场设备的接线工作几乎完全在端子基座上完成。

端子基座的端子选择包括螺丝夹、弹簧夹、笼型夹、直接接线到2线、3线或4线设备。D-shell、刀闸分断和熔断附加选件可用。

可调节的键形开关防止不正确的模块插入到预先配置的端子基座内。

端子基座能够在不移动系统内其它基座的情况下进行调换。如需要,可连接独立电源到每个基座上,实现模块间的隔离。将I/O模块插入到端子基座内,连接I/O总线和现场设备。

可带电插拔模块。不直接接线到模块使用户在更换模块时,不需断开现场设备接线或系统电源。

可混合并匹配使用I/O模块。多种数字量、模拟量和专用模块供选择。

某些指定的FLEX I/O产品,具有保护涂层。

每个FLEX I/O系统至少包含一个适配器、一个端子基座和一个I/O模块。可通过FLEX电源(1794-PS13或-PS3)或任何其它兼容电源为系统供电。使用端子基座上的端子模块直接同用户现场设备接线。直接接线可节省用户的:

如果系统出现故障时,FLEX I/O还为用户节省额外的时间。因为它将现场接线端子和I/O接口组合在同一位置,使用户系统更便于维护和故障诊断,节省了用户时间和金钱。另外,FLEX I/O系统的重要特点是允许用户处于安全场合,在背板供电情况下,拆卸并插入模块,不需要中断系统。

I/O improves all of our processor platforms and serves as a local I/O for FlexLogix controllers, establishing tightly integrated control and I/O solutions.

It is a flexible and modular I/O for distributed applications. FLEX I/O provides all functions based on backplane I/O with a large volume, without space requirements. I/O, terminal type, and network can be selected separately to meet user application requirements.

Two independent on-site power connection terminals allow users to daisy chain power to adjacent terminal bases.

An adapter can communicate with up to 8 I/O modules. Allow adapter to be connected to:

256 point digital input/output module,

96 analog input/output modules,

Hybrid module to meet user needs.

The modular FLEX I/O system provides network selection and is easy to expand.

The wiring work with on-site equipment is almost entirely completed on the terminal base.

The terminal selection for the terminal base includes screw clamps, spring clamps, cage clamps, and direct wiring to 2-wire, 3-wire, or 4-wire devices. Additional options for D-shell, knife switch breaking, and fusing are available.

Adjustable key switch prevents incorrect module insertion into the pre configured terminal base.

The terminal base can be exchanged without moving other bases within the system. If necessary, an independent power supply can be connected to each base to achieve isolation between modules. Insert the I/O module into the terminal base and connect it to the I/O bus and field devices.

Powered plug-in module. Not directly wired to the module allows users to replace the module without disconnecting the on-site device wiring or system power supply.

I/O modules can be mixed and matched for use. Multiple digital, analog, and specialized modules for selection.

Some designated FLEX I/O products have protective coatings.

Each FLEX I/O system includes at least one adapter, one terminal base, and one I/O module. The system can be powered by FLEX power supply (1794-PS13 or - PS3) or any other compatible power supply. Use the terminal module on the terminal base to directly connect to the user's on-site equipment. Direct wiring can save users:

Multiple, long wiring, and external terminal blocks

Control distribution cabinet space

If the system malfunctions, FLEX I/O also saves users additional time. Because it combines the on-site wiring terminals and I/O interfaces in the same location, making the user system more convenient for maintenance and fault diagnosis, saving users time and money. In addition, the important feature of the FLEX I/O system is that it allows users to disassemble and insert modules in a safe environment without interrupting the system when the backplane is powered on.
